We have developed several new cylinder heads this summer as well as some tweaking to the current 4 valve bike heads.
We have added the 08 Hayabusa cylinder head in a stage 1 and 2 package as well as the GSXR-1000 stage 1 and 2, with the stage 3 coming soon for you 4x4 or 4x6 big motor guys.
We recently added some new Small Block Chevy heads. Because of the current demand for low cost heads that perform like very expensive heads, the budget builder can now go with CNC ported Procomp aluminum heads or Pro Topline (RHS) iron heads. Both heads have excellent port and chamber designs and will make some serious power for less than the cost of many expensive “as cast” heads on the market. These heads have proven to make more power on the dyno than some of the box $2200 heads for far less money.

Well, it’s been a busy start of the New Year and we have been very busy in the R&D department around here.
Competition CNC has added several new heads recently to our offerings.
We have added a CNC ported version of the Ford factory iron 289 castings for vintage racing where you must run a factory iron casting. We also have the factory iron 1969 351W version, and an iron RHS/Pro Topline version. For Ford big blocks we have a
Small port version of the FMS C-460 casting designed for circle track.
For the Big Block Chevy we have some new stuff also from Profiler, Dart (18 degree) (355) (360), and Edelbrocks Victor head.
Also we just finished the Wenzler Pontiac cylinder head.
In the motorcycle arena, the ZX14 stage 1 and stage 2 head is now available as well as the Busa Stage 3. A much requested ZRX1200 head is now available in stage 1 and 2 as well as the ZX12r stage 1 and 2 cylinder heads.

Competition CNC is currently working on the Stage 2 Suzuki Hayabusa cylinder head for 1397cc-1507 cc Hayabusa engines as well as the Stage 1 cylinder head for the Kawasaki ZX-14. Both heads are expected to be finished with testing and be available mid January.

Competition CNC is now offering a CNC Stage 1 HV cylinder head for the Suzuki Hayabusa. After months of testing and development we found the right balance between velocity and flow. Our stage 1 HV head is an excellent street head. It works well on a stock displacement Hayabusa or on the 1397 Busas with bigger cams. We recommend aftermarket cams for this head to perform best. On the 1397cc test engine it produced 220 std. HP with oxygenated fuel and mild street cams. But the best part is it made over 10 HP more at the shift recovery rpm than “other” ported heads tested.

Competition CNC has just completed testing on our Chevy LT-1 CNC head. This head is based on the factory LT-1 casting and has a 186cc intake port making it an excellent street performer while flowing over 265 CFM @ 28”. It’s capable of producing over 515 hp with a large roller cam and high compression on a 383ci LT-1.
