ZX-14 47mm Throttle Bodies

Competition CNC is offering bored out factory 47mm throttle bodies for the ZX-14. These are the same 47mm throttle bodies we ran on Rickey Gadson's Real Street bike last year with our stage 3 big bucket/cam big valve CNC ported head. The bike was making 254 hp all motor with this combo.

They are bored out to 47mm and have new 47mm stainless steel throttle blades. The upper butterfly shafts are thinned like an airplane wing and re-plated to prevent rust from race fuels. They are synchronized on a flow bench with a manometer and the TPS and upper butterfly shaft sensors are re-calibrated. These are the finest bored throttle bodies you will see. Here are a few pics.

They are $500 on exchange. We try to keep them in stock but they go out as fast as we get them done. The best way to get a set is to get yours sent in so we can save a set for you from the next batch. When you send them in, please remove the fuel rail, injectors, wiring harness, and all vacuum hoses and caps. Please leave on the two shaft sensors and all metal brackets.
